Meet Jim & Cindy

Seven years ago, Jim and Cindy made the move from the Southern California coast to La Quinta. As they explored the Palm Springs area, they discovered that choosing a desert home is about much more than square footage or price—it is about finding the community and lifestyle that truly feel right.

Both bring valuable experience to their work in real estate. Jim’s background includes many years in sales and the mortgage industry, giving him practical insight into both the personal and financial sides of purchasing a home. Cindy’s corporate career included developing customer-service programs for companies such as Mattel Toys and LA Gear, where she served as Vice President of Customer Service.

Together, Jim and Cindy also founded A Loving Alternative Adoption Facilitation Service and helped more than 800 couples become families through adoption. Guiding people through such personal and emotional decisions shaped the patient, compassionate, and reassuring approach they now bring to real estate.

Today, they enjoy helping buyers explore the desert, understand the differences between communities, and look beyond the home itself to consider location, amenities, atmosphere, and lifestyle. Whether someone is ready to move now or simply beginning to explore the possibilities, Jim and Cindy provide personal guidance, local knowledge, and a no-pressure approach.
